Return and Refund Policy for JOJOBOO LLC

At JOJOBOO LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and take great care to deliver high-quality products. However, due to the nature of our items, returns and refunds are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below:

Customized Orders

  • No Returns or Refunds: Customized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances unless the item is damaged upon receipt.
  • Proof of damage must be provided and accepted by JOJOBOO LLC to qualify for resolution.

Non-Customized Orders

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged upon receipt through courier.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition (i.e., unworn, unaltered, untarnished, unused, and in the condition in which they were received).

General Return Policy

To qualify for a return or refund:

  1. Timeline: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. Condition: Items must be in their original packaging/box with all provided product labels/tags.
  3. Process:
    • The buyer must email info@jojoboo.co detailing the issue and providing proof (e.g., photos of the damage).
    • Once the item is received and assessed, JOJOBOO LLC will determine if the return qualifies under our policy.
  4. Refund Timeline: If approved, a refund will be issued within 10 days.
  5. Costs: The buyer is responsible for all packaging, handling, shipping fees (both to and from), taxes, and duties related to the return process, whether the return is approved or not.

Important Notes

  • If the item does not meet our return criteria, the return will be rejected, and the item will be shipped back to the customer.
  • JOJOBOO LLC reserves the right to assess and make the final decision on all return and refund claims.
