- The timeline includes order confirmation, production, and shipment preparation.
☆ Shipping Costs
- Local Shipping (within UAE): Included in the product price. No additional charges apply.
- International Shipping: Not included in the product price. Charges will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Shipping fees vary by location and are the responsibility of the buyer for all international orders.
☆ Delivery Partners
- Local Deliveries (UAE): JOJOBOO LLC partners with Quiqup for all local shipments. Once your item is ready, Quiqup will contact you directly with delivery details.
- International Deliveries: We work with trusted international courier services. Delivery partners will provide tracking and status updates once your order is shipped.
☆ Estimated Delivery Times
- Local Orders (UAE): 5–7 working days (production + delivery).
- International Orders: 10–15 working days (production + delivery).
In case of delays, please contact the international carrier directly for tracking updates.
☆ Order Tracking
- Local Orders: Quiqup will contact you directly once the order is out for delivery.
- International Orders: You will receive tracking information from the international courier once your package is dispatched. Please follow up with them for status updates.
☆ Import Taxes & Customs Duties
- International orders may be subject to customs, import duties, or taxes based on your country’s regulations.
- These charges are not included in the product or shipping costs.

☆ Delivery Issues or Damaged Products

If the claim is valid:
- We will stay in close contact with you to resolve the issue.
- You will receive a refund for the affected product.
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
